Services Terms & Conditions

1. Services

These Terms & Conditions apply to services supplied by Supply Stop, including but not limited to:

  • Technical support
  • Product sourcing
  • Consultation
  • Procurement assistance
  • Delivery-related services
  • Trade account services
  • Project support

2. Quotations

All quotations are:

  • Subject to availability
  • Valid for the stated period only
  • Based on information provided by the customer

Supply Stop reserves the right to amend quotations where project scope or requirements change.

3. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate information
  • Providing suitable access where required
  • Ensuring site safety and compliance
  • Reviewing quotations and specifications carefully

Delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate information may result in additional charges.

4. Service Delivery

Supply Stop will use reasonable skill and care in delivering services.

Estimated completion dates are provided for guidance only and may change due to:

  • Supplier delays
  • Customer changes
  • Access restrictions
  • Circumstances beyond reasonable control

5. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Payment is due in accordance with invoice terms
  • Deposits may be required before work commences
  • Late payments may incur interest and recovery costs

Supply Stop reserves the right to suspend services for overdue accounts.

6. Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Supply Stop reserves the right to charge for:

  • Work already completed
  • Materials ordered
  • Non-recoverable costs
  • Administrative expenses

7. Limitation of Liability

Supply Stop shall not be liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Business interruption
  • Loss of profits
  • Delays caused by third parties

Liability shall be limited to the total value of the services supplied.

8. Third-Party Providers

Supply Stop may engage third-party suppliers or contractors where necessary.

Whilst we work with reputable providers, Supply Stop is not responsible for failures caused directly by third-party providers outside our reasonable control.

9. Intellectual Property

Any reports, documentation, materials, or recommendations provided by Supply Stop remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties unless legally required.

11. Force Majeure

Supply Stop shall not be liable for delays or failure caused by events beyond reasonable control.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales.
