1. Sale Products
Sale products include clearance, discounted, promotional, end-of-line, or reduced-price items offered by Supply Stop.
Availability is limited and subject to stock remaining.
2. Pricing and Promotions
Sale pricing applies only during the stated promotional period.
Supply Stop reserves the right to:
- Amend or withdraw promotions without notice
- Correct pricing errors
- Limit quantities per customer
Discounts cannot normally be combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
3. Product Condition
Certain sale products may include:
- Clearance items
- Obsolete stock
- Open-box products
- Discontinued lines
Any material defects or product condition issues will be disclosed where known.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Unless faulty or incorrectly supplied, the following sale products may be non-returnable:
- Clearance stock
- End-of-line products
- Special-order discounted items
- Products marked as non-returnable
This does not affect your statutory rights.
5. Limited Availability
Sale stock is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
Items placed in a basket are not reserved until payment is completed.
6. Delivery
Delivery times for sale products may vary depending on stock location and availability.
7. Faulty Products
Faulty sale products should be reported as soon as possible after delivery.
Where a fault is confirmed, Supply Stop may offer:
- Replacement
- Repair
- Refund
Subject to applicable consumer and business laws.
8. Exclusion of Additional Discounts
Trade discounts, account pricing, and promotional vouchers may not apply to sale products unless specifically stated.
